Using the Meeting Room Tablets

Description

All four meeting rooms — Ada, Grace, Herman, and Konrad — are now equipped with meeting room tablets that allow you to join Google Meet and Zoom calls without needing to connect a laptop.

Microsoft Teams Support

Grace and Herman

Grace and Herman are also equipped with USB/HDMI extenders that allow you to connect your laptop and run Microsoft Teams meetings.

Due to limited compatibility between the extenders and the new tablets, please use the following workaround:

To use Google Meet or Zoom:
- Ensure the power socket labelled "Extender" under the table is turned off.
To use Microsoft Teams (via laptop):
- Ensure the "Extender" socket is turned on.

Konrad

Konrad has direct USB and HDMI cables located behind the television. You can use these to connect your laptop and run Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet as needed.

Ada

Ada currently supports Google Meet and Zoom only. It does not support Microsoft Teams via laptop.
